Processing and delivery
Orders require processing before shipment. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in order communications are estimates and can vary due to destination, carrier operations, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent using the contact details provided with your order.
Shipping address
Check your shipping information carefully before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. An address change cannot be guaranteed after processing starts.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges depending on the destination. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be the recipient's responsibility.
Lost or delayed orders
