Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, with original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
How to request a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for the request. Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has started.
European Union customers
Where applicable, consumers in the European Union may have a statutory right to cancel or return an online purchase within 14 days, subject to applicable law and exceptions.
